The license key is sent to the email address used during purchase, we don't have any other way of delivering it, so it is better to use one with webmail access if you get to the point where you are already banned (which can be avoided by replying to the sales team when the warning comes). The sales mailbox has way more things to respond to than our social/review sites, so replies can take a bit longer there, but our Sales team tries hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible.

EDIT 2: I was locked out for an awful long time before the email with licence key arrived. I was unable to use my email during this time. You also forgot to address the point that I did not receive a working licence key after purchase. Funny how you reply to this review within minutes but I've been waiting a day for a response via email. it happened to be 2 days I was not using my email. EDIT: Your reply is not the truth as I was suspended 2 days after. This is like a court throwing someone in prison then saying pay us and we will let you out but later. I was never making profit from em client so in theory a free licence should surfice but they took it upon themselves to deactivate me. Was unable to use the email for a whole morning AFTER PAYING FOR PRO causing untold hassle.
Ok, the costs for emCliend are kind of low, but anyway, beware of these proofed issues!ĭeactivated my email because they suspected I was breaking the rules when I wasn't. with official updater package, emClient information windows even shows up after updating and restart with 8.1. VIP support requests relating basic disfunctions are just apologized but then nothing else happened.

Instead of improving heavy disfunctionality of emClient these folks are implementing fancy emoticons and useless pictures as well as zoom integration and cloud solutions in their latest update 8.2. Font size can't fit in reasonable manner (reading mail) and sizes are flipping around randomly when set on discret number vcf deduplication is a theoretical feature, practically completely bugged and doesn't work at all alt+klick+dragging duplication of events in calender is impossible, main Mac generic key shortcuts - very practial - aren't supported (eg one can't duplicate and drag events in one step to other days, no: one has circuitously to copy and paste events, and if your events have been tagged or associated with different calendars beware of the settings, which has to be done again, the same for settings of hours. rule setting entrys are organized in confusing manner. sorting options are missing (task sidebar). simple functions don't work or freeze if used.
